When we partner with another party to provide specific services and when the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. Resumes - Since Hiring Pros is a recruiter, we give you the option of putting your resume in our database. By storing your resume in our database, you allow the contents of your resume to be searchable by recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals. If you allow your resume to be searchable, then recruiters will have access to your contact information and resume.
Recruiters may retain a copy of your contact information and resume in their own files or databases for later viewing. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances.
